Refund policy
At Rangdasti, we take great care in crafting every piece and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, we’re here to help through our return and exchange process outlined below.
Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange WITHIN 3 DAYS of delivery.
To remain eligible under this 3-day window, your return parcel must be shipped out within the same 3 days. The 3-day timeline begins from the moment your order is marked delivered.
Example: If you contact us on day 2 but ship the parcel after day 3, the request will not be eligible. Likewise, if you contact us after day 3, the request will not be accepted.
Returns shipped outside this window will not be accepted.
If a chargeback is issued for cases outside our return criteria, we will provide our shipping and return policy and supporting evidence to the relevant bank/payment provider, showing that the policy was available and communicated.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
CHANGE OF MIND is not a plausible cause for exchange or return.
Eligibility criteria for return / exchange:
- You received a damaged item
- You received an incorrect item (different from what you ordered)
- An incorrect size was sent due to an error on our part
All returned items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original condition & packaging
- With all tags intact
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible.
Size Exchange
If the fit isn’t right, you may request a size exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Important:
- If you ordered the wrong size and want to exchange, shipping costs both ways are covered by the customer (local and international).
- Custom-sized orders are not eligible for exchange.
Option A: Self-Shipment (Local)
- Ship the item back to us at your own expense
- Return transit time: 3–5 working days
- New size is dispatched as per availability
- Transit time for the replacement: 3–5 working days

Option B: 2-Way Replacement (Local)
- We arrange a doorstep exchange
- New size is dispatched as per availability
- Rider hands over new parcel & collects old parcel
- Hassle-free and faster process
Estimated timeline: 7 days
Cost: PKR 1200
Stock Availability
Size exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability. If your required size is unavailable, your request will be prioritized once it is restocked.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
To help us process your claim efficiently, please record a clear unboxing video showing the parcel unopened, including the shipping label, and the item as it is revealed. This video serves as verification and is required for all damage or incorrect item claims.
Damaged claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement.
International Returns & Exchanges
For international orders:
- Items must be shipped back in original packaging, with tags intact, and no harm or damage to the garment.
- Your return/exchange will only be processed after we receive and inspect the item at our end.

All shipping costs are covered by the customer, including:
- Return shipment back to Rangdasti
- Replacement shipment (if exchanged)
International shipping charges vary by country and courier rates. You will be quoted the most recent shipping fee at the time of processing.
Because international exchanges can result in high shipping costs (return parcel + replacement parcel), we strongly recommend confirming sizing before placing your order. You can share your measurements with our team and we’ll guide you to the most suitable size before purchase.
Refunds
If your return is approved after inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Refund processing typically takes 5–7 business days after approval
- The time it takes to reflect in your account can vary depending on your bank/payment provider
Refunds may be issued in cases such as:
- Verified damaged item (with required proof)
- Verified incorrect item received (with required proof)
- Approved return that meets all eligibility criteria
Shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable unless the issue occurred due to our error.
